Web Site Orientation Conference Call
AdvisorSquare will contact your office to schedule a Web Site Orientation telephone call to review the web site developed for you and discuss the goals and focus of your web site.

At this time you will be shown how your web site works, the library of pre-approved content for your web site and the procedures for sending personalized information about your firm to your AdvisorSquare web site developer.

Submit Personalized Content for your Site to AdvisorSquare
Although AdvisorSquare provide a substantial amount of content for your web site, your web site’s message can be tailored to fit your organization. Collect the messages you want to include about your firm and send them to AdvisorSquare in the format discussed during your Orientation Conference Call.

Hint: To speed the launch of your web site, it is recommended that you start with the pre-approved content to get the site released then begin the customization process after the initial site is released.

Web Site Personalization and Sign Off
Your AdvisorSquare web developer will complete the personalization of your site to your specifications. Once you sign off on the web site, the web site will be electronically submitted to your Compliance Department.
Web Site Compliance Review, Release and Ongoing Maintenance
The Compliance Department utilizes an on-line application to streamline the web site approval process. If changes need to be made to any of the content on your web site, the Compliance Department will work with you directly to modify that content. Once the Compliance Department has approved your web site, it will be automatically released to the Internet.

Note: After your web site is released, you can make modifications to your site’s content at any time. If you edit a previously approved content page, the approved page will continue to display on your site until the new page is approved.
