LiveOffice AdvisorSquare strives to provide the best customer service possible. Our customer care team’s goal is to empower you with the knowledge and tools you need to effectively manage your online presence. When you sign up for our service, we continue to work with you regularly and provide training to ensure that you are getting the most out of your website.

Our website support team is available Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific Time. We can help facilitate changes and updates to your AdvisorSquare website during these hours. Our Service Level Agreement (SLA) ensures that all phone calls and emails are responded to within 24 hours (or the next business day). Our turnaround time for all development and website updates are generally processed within three to five days (most simple updates are completed in three days).

Alternatively, you can use our Content Editor to make updates and changes to your website on your own. The Content Editor allows you to make immediate changes and submit them to your compliance department for review and approval. The Content Editor is compatible with all major browsers (Internet Explorer, Firefox and Chrome) and operating systems (XP, Vista, Windows 7 and MAC).
